Materials and production process
1. Raw materials and structure
Use high-strength polyester industrial filaments, weave through warp knitting to form a mesh fabric, and then treat with PVC coating or resin coating. Some advanced processes add inorganic nanoparticles (such as nano calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide) to form a microporous structure, reduce material density (by 10%) and increase tensile strength (up to 94MPa or more).
2. Process advantages
Compared with traditional plastic grilles, polyester grilles have better creep resistance and chemical stability, especially through improved processes (such as microporous structure) to achieve a combination of lightweight and high strength
